Greta the Snail

From when I was a child, Patricia Highsmith's story "The Snail Watcher" fascinated and scared me at the same time.
Although I'm not sure I could have one of those huge African snails as a pet, I still find snails quite fascinating.

Greta is woven from oxidized copper wire using an ammonite for her house.
